Daniel Patrick Ferreira, 41, died unexpectedly on October 29, 2021. Born in Fall River, Massachusetts, he was a life-long resident. He was a graduate of Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School.
He is survived by his daughter, Corinne Ferreira and her mother, Sara Rasmussen; his parents, Alfred Ferreira and Gail Ferreira; his sister, Laura Washington and her partner, Todd Sampson; his brother, Jonathan Ferreira and his wife, Rita Ferreira; his beloved nieces and nephews; and his Home Team 4 Life best friends. Daniel was predeceased by his sister, Cheryl Manchester.
Daniel was the life of the party and his presence quite literally lit up any room. He had an innate ability to sense how people were feeling and he used that ability to turn people's days around. Although he had many struggles in his life, he used his own struggles to help others. He was funny, thoughtful, and truly cared for everyone.
Daniel loved spending time with his family and friends, watching movies, having game nights, hiking mountains in New Hampshire, going to concerts, and telling stories about the Ferreira family growing up.
Daniel loved God. He could be counted on to make everyone feel welcomed, and we take comfort knowing that it is God welcoming him home now.
He will live on in his daughter and his family who loved him so deeply.
Funeral service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at the Potter Funeral Home at 7:00 P.M.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, from 4-7 P.M. prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
