Jeanne L. Bowker, age 67, of Brockton, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at Vibra Hospital of Southeastern Massachusetts, in New Bedford.
Born in Stoughton, she was the daughter of the late Robert N. and Mildred L. (Nelson) Bowker.
She was raised in Brockton, graduated from Brockton High School, and later attended school for massage therapy.
Jeanne loved traveling and took several cruises and a trip Hawaii. She enjoyed bowling and participated in a league at Westgate Lanes, playing bingo, role playing games, Boston Red Sox Baseball, singing in the choir at Christ the King Church, listening to Jazz, and attended the Anime Boston convention yearly for the past 10 years.
She leaves her siblings, Carol L. Bradford, and her husband, Al, of Middleboro, Patricia D. Crooker, of Brockton, Michael R. Bowker, and his wife Celeste, of Palm Coast, FL, Mary C. Bowker, of Jackson, WY, and Karen M. Bishop, and her husband, Scott, of Hooksett, NH; several nieces and nephews, and three great niece.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, in the Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte. 123) Brockton.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend Jeanne’s Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, November 12, 2021, at 10:30 am, in Christ the King Church, 54 Lyman Street, Brockton. Interment will follow in Melrose Cemetery, Brockton.
