Janice A. Pereira, 43, of Farmington, NH, died Tuesday October 26, 2021 in her home. She was born in Manchester, NH on February 10, 1978, a daughter of David and Jen (Moynihan) Moore, Sr. Janice had been a resident of Farmington for the past several months, formerly living in Derry, NH. Janice had attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry. She was employed as an office manager at Huggins Hospital in Wolfeboro, NH, formerly working for Barrington Interventional Spinal Medicine for many years.
In addition to her parents of Derry, she is survived by her sister, Keri Souhlaris and her husband Chris of Deerfield, NH; her brother, David Moore, Jr. and his wife Kim of Chester, NH; nieces and nephews, Christopher, Ryan, Jenna, Madalyn, and Landin; as well as her grand niece and grand nephew, Rylee and Maverick.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 1st from 4 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, followed by cremation. Mask usage is at the discretion of the attendee.
