Roberta A. “Bobby” Fuska
Longtime Tewksbury resident
TEWKSBURY: Roberta A. “Bobby” (McCarthy) Fuska, age 80, recently of Billerica, a former 56-year resident of Tewksbury, passed away at the Life Care Center of the Merrimack Valley on Friday, October 22, 2021.
Born in Woburn on July 11, 1941, she was the daughter of the late William McCarthy and the late Jeannette E. (Sullivan) McCarthy.
Roberta was raised in Woburn and attended Woburn Public Schools.
Prior to her retirement, she worked in the Maintenance Division for the Compugraphic Corporation.
Roberta enjoyed dancing and attended numerous dances hosted by the North Reading Moose Lodge. In addition, she loved hunting for bargains at the many area shopping malls and stores.
She is survived by her daughters, Lisa D. McCarthy and her significant other Mike Coffee, of Nashua, NH and Jeannette E. “Cindy” Tovey and her significant other, George Brothers, of Tewksbury: two grandchildren, Sean McCarthy and Taylor Brothers. She was the sister of Paul McCarthy and his wife Yvette of Nashua, NH, and the late Tiny, Joyce, Sally and Rose. Roberta leaves many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
She was the companion of the late Dave Aranjo.
Calling hours were Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 4-7 p.m. at the Farmer & Dee Funeral Home, 16 Lee St., Tewksbury, and were immediately followed by prayers offered at the funeral home.
Family and friends are invited to her Graveside services to be held on Saturday, November 13th at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Cemetery, 686 Washington Street, Winchester, MA. Please meet at the cemetery.
