Joan M. (Boulay) Duval, 81, of Westport, peacefully passed away at home on Thursday, October 21, 2021 with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of David P. Duval, they shared 57 years of marriage. Mrs. Duval was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Francis and Jeannette (Auclair) Boulay and had resided in Westport for over 45 years.
Survivors along with her husband include her 2 sons: Peter D. Duval and Daniel F. Duval, both of Fall River; her brother: Dr. Roger J. Boulay of Rochester, NY; 2 grandchildren: Abbie and Arden; along with several nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Francis A. Boulay, Paul A. Boulay and Claire C. Boulay.
Memorial Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, October 30, 2021 at St. John the Baptist Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Nurse Home Care, 62 Center St., Fairhaven, MA 02719.
Following the services, the Family wishes to invite all relatives and friends to join them for a luncheoon at White's of Westport, 66 State Rd., Westport, MA 02790 at 12:30 P.M.
