BUXTON- Marie Bertha Fallen, age 95, passed away at her home on Oct. 15, 2021 with family at her side.
She was born in Lynn, MA on Sept. 7, 1926, a daughter of the late Albert J. and Georgiana (St Martin) Adrien.
Marie was a beautician for many years at her in-home business in Lynn.
She will always be remembered as a highly skilled seamstress, loved to knit and the enjoyment she had with crafts. She also enjoyed square dancing, snowmobiling, camping, travelling and enjoyed being with her family and have fun. She loved to have Kevin seafood chowder that was her favorite and loved trying out new recipe’s.
Both Marie and her husband were members of the Cy Tenney Club in MA.
She is predeceased by her beloved husband Edward J. Fallen in 1994; and all her siblings- Janet Curley, Richard Adrien, Omer Adrien, Leonard Adrien, and Joseph Adrien and Granddaughter Michelle (Blake) Dandridge .
Marie is survived by her children- Kevin Fallen and his wife Sundae of Buxton, and Andrea McAskill and her husband Frank of Swampscott, MA; seven grandchildren- Michelle Landry and husband Ed, Linette McAskill, Jimmy McAskill, Sharon Alyward, Frank McAskill, Michael Fallen and wife Lindsay, Christopher Blake and companion Jenn ; twenty-one great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday Nov. 4 at 11 AM at St. John's Church in Swampscott, MA. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn.
