Gail P. Phillips 61, of Whitman, died unexpectedly at home of natural causes on Tuesday October 12.
Born in Brockton she was the daughter of Helen M. (Sexton) Phillips and the late Lawrence G. Phillips.
Gail worked for Verizon for 39 years. Since retirement she has been a full-time caregiver for her beloved mother. Gail also enjoyed traveling and collecting lighthouse memorabilia.
In addition to her mother Helen, she is survived by her siblings Judith Phillips and husband Jasey Aylward of Plymouth, Jean Smith and husband David of East Bridgewater, Ann Phillips of TN and Michael Phillips of CA. She is also survived by her nieces Megan Smith and Nicole Spears.
Family and friends are invited to attend her visiting hours on Tuesday October 19 from 5-7 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. A private funeral mass will be scheduled at a later date.
