She loved everything about Maine including the peaceful beauty, snowmobiling, skiing, boating, camping, and mountain climbing. She and Ed sailed the Maine coast, to Florida on the intracoastal waterway twice, and throughout the Caribbean.
People may remember her as the owner of CC’s Bakery and Ice Cream of Bridgton, ME. Carole also worked for SAD 72 and worked with many wonderful people at the Fryeburg Fair for numerous years.
She was an avid reader, loved to sew and do needlework and embroidery, she was an artist, painting in Acrylics and oils, and she loved to bake.
Always interested in family genealogy, Carole was great at keeping in touch with family and friends, including cousin Patty Ogle in Pennsylvania, always calling family to sing Happy Birthday. She showed her love for extended family and friends in many ways.
