Catherine V. (Bonfiglioli) Taromino, 83, died at the Charlwell House in Norwood on Wednesday, April 12. She was the wife of the late Joseph Taromino. Born in Boston, she was educated in Charlestown schools. Mrs. Taromino was a homemaker. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family .
Mrs. Taromino is survived by her daughter, Catherine V. “Jinny” Grant and her husband Henry of Stoughton. She was the grandmother of Joseph and Jonathan Grant and the great-grandmother of Shane Grant.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, April 18 at the Immaculate Conception Church, 122 Canton Street, Stoughton at 9 AM. Visiting Hours will be prior to the mass at the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St. (Rt. 27) Stoughton from 8-8:30 AM. Burial will take place at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery in Quincy. Donations in Catherine’s name may be made to the Joslin Diabetes Center, 1 Joslin Way, Boston, 02215.
