Obituary


David Joseph Wolf, 61, of Franklin died October 7 surrounded by family, following a long battle with cancer. He has been husband of Denise (Ross) Wolf for the past 40 years.

Born in Framingham, January 22, 1960, the son of Mary (Henneberry) Wolf of Medway and the late John Wolf, David was raised in Medway and had lived in Franklin for the past 31 years.

He was a 1978 graduate of Medway High School.

David had been a master plumber with his own business in the Franklin-Medway area for many years.

He had been a member of the Medway V.F. W. and the Tri County Bass Masters.

David enjoyed fishing, football and vacations to the British Virgin Islands.
David served in the Navy from 1980-1985 attaining the rank of E5.

In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his children, David Wolf, Jr of Franklin, Scott Wolf and his girlfriend Nora Lehan of Bellingham, Amy Wolf and her fiancé Bryan Katzenbak of Hoboken, New Jersey and Brian Wolf and his wife Amber of Hopedale.

He is also survived by his sisters Mary Crosby of Franklin and Susan Luccio of Uxbridge.

His funeral mass and burial will be private.

Calling hours will be on Monday, October 11th in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) 131 Main Street from 4-8 p.m.

The family requests that face masks be worn at all times.
