William J. "Billy" Rossi, 71, of Fremont, NH died Friday October 1, 2021, at his home after a courageous battle with cancer. Billy was born in Amesbury, MA on July 17, 1950, a son of the late Ermanno and Irene (Lanen) Rossi. Billy resided in Fremont since 1994, previously living in Amesbury, MA and Derry, NH. Billy was employed by Walmart.
Billy loved spending time with his grandchildren, especially time spent taking them fishing. He also enjoyed building plastic model cars, and working on real cars. Billy found watching the Three Stooges and Loonie Toons very entertaining.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Rossi; his brother, Ermanno Rossi and his wife Donna; his sister, Norma Russell and her husband George; his grandkids, Abby, Jimmy and Joey Eaton; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his sister-in-laws, Anne Rossi, and Denise Walker and her husband Mike, and by his brother-in-laws, Paul Dion and David Dion and his wife Cheryl. He was pre-deceased by his brother, Robert Rossi; and his stepdaughter, Rebecca “Becky” Salois-Eaton.
Following cremation, a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, October 14th at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph Parish, 200 Pleasant St, Epping, NH 03042.
