Worcester – Anthony R. Ginese, 77, of Worcester passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 in Saint Vincent Hospital after a brief illness.
Tony is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia A. (Reardon) Ginese; two sons, Darrell Ginese of Worcester and Christopher Ginese of North Carolina; a daughter, Tracie Ginese Speight and her husband, Gearld of North Carolina; a brother, Pasquale “Pat” Ginese of Worcester; 4 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Tony was born in Worcester, son of the late Natale “Chris” and Barbara (Baker) Ginese.
Mr. Ginese worked for many years as a painter and also worked for Monahan Pharmacy, McNally Supply and the Worcester Regional Transit Authority. He spent many years volunteering his time for the former Maranville Little League.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 4 at 11 AM in Saint John’s Cemetery (Section St. Lucy). Memorial contributions in memory of Tony may be made to St. Peter’s Church Attn: Food Pantry 929 Main Street Worcester, MA 01610.
