William “Dirk” Cravey, 60, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Wednesday, September 29, 2021, at Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton, Georgia.
Memorial services will be held 11 AM, Saturday, October 2, 2021, at the Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, Georgia, with the Rev. Rex Johnson officiating.
Mr. Cravey was born December 15, 1960, in Fitzgerald, Georgia, to the late William H. “Bill” & Dora Seagroves Cravey. He was a welder and a farmer. Mr. Cravey loved horses, barrel racing, hunting, cutting grass, his dog and the outdoors. He was a member of CFI.
He is survived by his companion of 18 years, Tammy Little of Fitzgerald; two daughters: Jessica Cravey Williams & Stace of Tampa, Florida and Kristal Spires & Michael of Fitzgerald; grandchildren: Jake Williams, Jared Williams, Skylar Fuhrman, Serenity Fuhrman and Liam Spires; and three sisters: Donna Cravey of Fitzgerald, Marsha Padgett Melton of Fitzgerald and Sue Padgett Kitchens & Howard of Fitzgerald. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Cravey.
