Dwight Culpepper, 68, of Mystic, Georgia, died Friday, September 24, 2021, at Irwin County Hospital in Ocilla, Georgia.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Monday, September 27, 2021, at Mystic Cemetery in Irwin County, Georgia, with the Rev. Joey Whitley officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.
Mr. Culpepper was born February 6, 1953, in Moultrie, Georgia, to Susie King Culpepper and the late Oris T. Culpepper. He worked for Georgia Power, Atlanta Bridge Company and Ross Construction. Mr. Culpepper loved to work in his garden. He was a member of Mystic Baptist Church.
He is survived by his mother, Susie King Culpepper of Fitzgerald; sisters: Bobbie Tompkins of Augusta, Jill & Billy York of Ocilla, and Marie & Milton Jones of Cordele; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Jack Culpepper and Jerry Culpepper.
