Robert R. Klee Jr., age 59, passed away on Sept 22, 2021 surrounded by his loving family at Hartford Hospital. He was born in Holyoke on Jan 9, 1962 to the late Robert R. Sr. and Maureen S. (Lubold) Klee. He was a graduate of Chicopee Comprehensive High School class of 1980. He enjoyed camping and fishing and visiting friends down in Little River, SC. He also enjoyed listening to music, playing cards and was a New England Patriots, Boston Bruins and Boston Red Sox fan. He was also a longtime patron of the Buffalo Club in the Fairview section of Chicopee. Robert worked as a machine operator for Ludlow Technical Products in Chicopee, McNairn Packaging in Westfield and most recently at US Tsubaki in Chicopee. He also worked as a siding and window contactor for many years. He leaves his wife Ruth E. Klee of Chicopee; two sons, Sean J. and Kyle C. Klee both of Chicopee; his sister, Patricia Klee and her husband Richard da Silva of Nashua, NH; lifelong friend Robert Naginewicz of Chicopee and his aunt Deborah Lubold of Holyoke and his four legged 13 year old friend (daughter) Oreo. He also leaves extended family and many, many friends who will miss him. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
