David Robert Frankel 84, of Whitman, died Monday September 20, after a period of failing health. He was the beloved husband of Loretta (Sorgman) Frankel.
David was a man of God, who loved Jesus Christ and gave his life to Him.
He was an avid sprots fan who enjoyed the Patriots and Bruins and enjoyed spending time in the sun.
In addition to his wife Loretta, David is survived by his three children Mitchell Frankel of Brockton, Sheryl Martin of South Carolina and Rhonda Marckini of Webster as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visiting hours on Sunday September 26 from 4:00-6:00 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman and his funeral service on Monday September 27 at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at 2:30 PM in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the South Shore Veterans Asst., P.O.
