Marjorie R. Vozzella, 89, of Derry, NH passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Derry Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, Derry after a period of declining health. She was born on June 30, 1932, a daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy (Schofield) Gillis.
Marjorie grew up in Stoneham, MA and attended Stoneham High School. All through her life she had many friends and loved to socialize and play the board game Scrabble. One of Marjorie’s greatest joys in life was her immediate and extended family. Nothing brought her more joy than helping take care of her grandson.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter Robin Vozzella Sheppard of Nashua, NH, and her grandson Grant Sheppard of Malden, MA. Marjorie was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Vozzella; her brothers, Raymond and John; and her sisters, June and Carol.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday, October 2nd at 11:30AM in St. James United Methodist Church, 646 DW Highway, Merrimack, NH. Masks will be required.
