Grandfather of Jonathan, Jennifer, Rachael and Alex. Brother of Helen Nesseralla of Brockton; Marie Eckstein of Virginia, Richard Nesseralla of Braintree and the late Evelyn O’Neil and Edward and Fred Nesseralla. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9 am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Visiting hours are omitted. In lieu of flowers donations in Hank’s name may be made to Old Colony Hospice One Credit Union Way, Randolph, MA 02368.
Obituary
Mr. Nesseralla died Sunday morning at the Brockton VA Medical Center following a period of failing illness. He was born and raised in Brockton a son of the late Peter and Jessie (Bourjailly) Nesseralla and remained a lifelong resident of the city. He attended Brockton schools and graduated from Coyne Electrical School. For many years he was an electrician working from Local 223.
During WW II Mr. Nesseralla served in the US Army in the European Theater where he was awarded a Purple Heart. He had been a member of the VFW and DAV.
He enjoyed vegetable gardening and was an avid Red Sox fan.
He had been a communicant of Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
He is survived by his wife Mary J. (Baldwin) Nesseralla, two step daughters Nancy Pettey of Bridgewater and Patricia Karp of Sharon and four grandchildren Jonathan, Jennifer, Rachael and Alex.
He was the brother of Helen Nesseralla of Brockton; Marie Eckstein of Virginia, Richard Nesseralla of Braintree and the late Evelyn O’Neil and Edward and Fred Nesseralla. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
