Sylvia P. Camp, 67, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Irwin County Hospital in Ocilla, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Friday, September 17, 2021, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Ocilla, with the Rev. Kenny Sexton officiating. Interment will follow in Arp Cemetery, Irwin County. The family will receive friends from Noon until the funeral hour on Friday at the funeral home in Ocilla.
Ms. Camp was born January 27, 1954, to the late Frank & Margaret Smith Parks. She grew up in the Arp community. She formerly worked for Deep South, Fitzgerald Underwear, and Cynderella’s. She loved her children, her grandchildren, and her great-grandson. Her family was her life. She was a member of Arp Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her two daughters: Cylina Ennis of Ocilla and Sandy Ennis Cleghorn & Donald Cleghorn, III of Ocilla; her grandchildren: Hannah Taylor Spurlock & Kyle Spurlock, Izabella Cleghorn, and Zebastian Cleghorn; and her great-grandson, Kaylan Spurlock.
