In Taunton, Karen McCarthy, Age 52, passed away unexpectedly in her home on September 4, 2021. Karen was born Taunton, the daughter of Thomas & Ellen (Padelford) McCarthy. She was a lifetime resident of Taunton and a former employee of the Titleist Company in New Bedford.
Karen enjoyed going to the beach, spending time with her son and her friend William Katsenberger of Halifax. Karen leaves her children; Meghan Cataldo and Timothy Martin, her siblings; Mary Ellen McCarthy of Taunton, Debbie Nichols of Taunton, Thomas McCarthy of Taunton and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral home visiting hours will be on Thursday, September 16th from 5-8pm. at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780. Her funeral will be private.
