In Raynham, Lucille P. Sposini, Age 74, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2021 while surrounded by her loving family. Lucille was the wife of her beloved husband Frederick Sposini for 54 years. She was born in Lynn, MA, the daughter of the late Paul & Lucy (Champluvier) Racine.
Lucille was educated in Taunton schools and was a graduate of Taunton High School. She had resided in Raynham for the past 50 years, where they raised their family. Lucille worked as a home health aide for the Visiting Nurses Association for over 35 years until her retirement. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Lucille enjoyed antiquing, traveling with her husband and above all cherished her time with her children and grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Lucille leaves her loving children; Lisa Bagge and husband Jeffrey of Taunton, Angela Sposini of Raynham, and her late daughter Ann Sposini, her grandchildren; Sierra Shivers, Jon Sellars, Emily Sposini, Julianna Andrade and the late Russell Paiva, her siblings; Claudette Posca of FL, Denise Bussiere of Attleboro, and the late Paul Racine and Irene Murray.
Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe-Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Sunday, September 12th from 12-2pm. with a funeral home service at 2pm. A graveside service will be held on Monday at St. Francis Cemetery in Taunton at 11:30am Donations in Lucille’s memory may be made to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, www.dana-farber.org/gift
