Augusto Dias Moreira (40) of Whitman died unexpectedly on September 3rd in the city of Brockton. He was the fiancé of Nicole Barros of Whitman.
He was born in Praia, Santiago, Cape Verde son of Mario Alberto Tavares Moreira of Cape Verde and Maria Dias Cardoso of Brockton. Augusto worked for the moving company Triple M Movers and Storage in Brockton. He enjoyed fishing, walking and was known to be relentless, loyal and had a “smile that lights up a room”.
In addition to his fiancée and parents he is survived by 2 sons, Taijin Moreira of Rhode Island and Camryn Moreira of Whitman, many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Visitation in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Monday September 20th from 4-8 pm. Services in the Funeral Home Tuesday September 21st at 10 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton.
