Loving wife and mother
TEWKSBURY: Maureen A. Harris, age 65, recently of Tewksbury, a former longtime resident of North Reading, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 3, 2021.
She was the beloved wife of Michael A. Milisci, with whom she celebrated their 26th wedding anniversary on February 16, 2021.
Born in Medford on July 21, 1956, she was the daughter of the late George R. Harris and the late Annie (Peluso) Harris.
Maureen was raised in Somerville and graduated from Somerville High School.
In earlier years, she worked as an administrator for the Tufts University Alumni Association.
Maureen enjoyed spending time with family and friends, and the companionship of her dogs “Lucky” and “Molly”. In addition, she enjoyed dining out with her family, especially at Chinese Food Restaurants.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Philip G. Harris, and his wife Amanda, and their son, Dalton of Middleburg, FL; her granddaughter, Victoria “Tori” Goodrich, and her husband Kyle of Jacksonville, FL; her sister, Diane M. Mistretta and her late husband Chuck of Tewksbury; also several nieces, nephews, and many extended family members.
