Obituary

William Joseph Constantine, 87, of Medway, died September 3 in his home surrounded by his beloved family. He was the husband Maureen P. (Ferris) Constantine for the past 60 years.

Born in Cambridge, July 24, 1934, the son of the late James and Delia(Kelly) Constantine, Mr. Constantine had been a district manager for the Boston Globe for 38 years before retiring.

He served in the Air Force during the Korean War attaining the rank of Airman First Class.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his children, Kelli Fleming and her husband Phil of Marston Mills, Eileen Aviza and her husband John of Medway, Michael Constantine and his wife Allyson of Scituate and Annmarie Morini and her husband Danny of Foxboro.

He was the beloved “Singing Papa” to his amazing thirteen grandchildren, Johnny, Austin, Shannon & Isabelle Aviza, Brendan and his wife Sarah Fleming, Kathryn Michaela and Mackenzie Fleming and Madison, Morgan and Anthony Morini, and Julia and Jack Constantine.

He was also the beloved brother-in-law of Barbara Dias and her family of Norwood.

His funeral services will be held privately at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
