ZEPHYRHILLS, FL- Glenn Henry Emmons, 56, of Zephyrhills Florida passed away peacefully on August 30th with his family by his side. Glenn was born in Hollis Maine on September 16th 1964 to Francis Emmons and Sally Gilikson. Glenn graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 1983, and is proudly remembered as one of the most handsome men in his class. Glenn was an avid outdoorsman. Rain or shine you would find him in the woods chasing that big buck or on the water trying to finally land the one that got away. When he wasn't wearing camouflage(which was rare) he would be wearing his famous leather chaps while riding his Harley. He loved that Harley. He found peace while riding his motorcycle through the mountains and meeting new friends on the road. No matter where he was, you could always count on him to make at least two new friends. Once you became his friend you could always count on him in a time of need. He would give you the shirt off his back, although it would probably be that same Boston Bruins jersey he had been wearing since 1985. If I had to describe him in one word it would be "Lover". He truly loved his family, he truly loved his friends, and most importantly he truly loved the Lord. Do not be sad, have peace knowing that Glenn is finally walking hand in hand with the Lord like he had always wanted. (Also don't worry Dad we will make sure you don't vote for any Democrats in the 2024 election.)
Glenn was predeceased by his Father Francis Emmons and Step Brother Phil Gilikson. He is survived by his Mother Sally Gilikson and Step father Phil Gilikson. His son Jeremy Emmons and his wife Ashley and their two sons Emmitt and Silas. His son Corey Emmons, his wife Chelsey and their children Carter and Caylee. His sister Lyn Thurlow and her Husband Alan. His brother Kevin Emmons and wife Shannon. His brother David Emmons and wife Melissa. His sister Sonja Brunick and husband Scott. Step siblings Rodney Berry, Shane Berry, Jeff Berry, David Berry, Timothy Berry, Lisa Terroni, Lori Robertson, Debbie Harr, Janice Cotton, Jeff Gilikson, and Steven Gilikson, as well as many nieces and nephews.
