Flavia Colin Reyes, 71, and Olegario Reyes, 75, of Tifton passed away Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Their funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 6, 2021, at Templo Cristiano La Hermosa in Tifton with Pastor Sergio Reyes officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Reyes will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 6, 2021. The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 5, 2021, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Reyes was born on October 5, 1949, in Guerrero, Mexico. She was the daughter of the late Luciano Banderas and Trinidad Colin. She was a homemaker and a member of Templo Cristiano La Hermosa in Tifton. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Maria Concepcion Reyes Alejo.
She is survived by three sons, Sergio Reyes, Gaspar Reyes and Francisco Reyes; one daughter, Monica Guillen; 28 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Reyes was born on March 6, 1946, in Guerrero, Mexico. He was the son of the late Francisco Reyes and Enriqueta Duarte. He was a farmer and a member of Templo Cristiano La Hermosa in Tifton. He was preceded in death by one daughter. Maria Concepcion Reyes Alejo.
He is survived by three sons, Sergio Reyes, Gaspar Reyes and Francisco Reyes; two daughters, Monica Guillen and Margarita Reyes; 28 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
