Sharon Kim Bishop, 55, of Ball Ground, formerly of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021, at her residence. A graveside service will be held for Ms. Bishop at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Enigma Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. Rickey Wells will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 4, 2021, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
Born August 19, 1966, in Jacksonville, Florida, Ms. Bishop was the daughter of Claudette Parrish Bishop of Ball Ground and the late George D. Bishop. She was a former nurse at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida.
In addition to her mother, Ms. Bishop is survived by one sister, Kaye Nipper of Ball Ground; one niece, Jessica China; and one nephew, Timothy Nipper.
