HIRAM- Rande L. Bellefontaine, 66, of Hiram passed away at his home on Friday, August 27, 2021.
He was born in Portland, Maine on January 30, 1955, son of the late Raymond L. and Judy (Grant) Bellefontaine. After graduating from Deering High School in 1973, Rande joined the United States Army and served until 1975 with an honorable discharge.
Rande was employed at Maine Savings Bank as a computer operator for several years. He also owned and operated a dump truck hauling business for many years until declining health forced him to retire.
Rande loved the outdoors, gardening, music, playing his guitar, and spending time with family and friends.
He is predeceased by his parents Raymond and Judy.
Rande is survived by his son, Joshua of South Portland and daughter Sara of Traverse City, Michigan, granddaughters, Sydnee Bellefontaine of Newberry, Michigan, and Navi Bellefontaine Jarvi of Traverse City, Michigan.
