Danvers
Christine J. (Thibault) Caron, 79,of Danvers, passed away unexpectedly at home, Friday, August 27, 2021. She was the devoted wife of the late John A. “Pete” Caron with whom she had shared 55 years of marriage.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Joseph O. and Corinne (LeMarbre) Thibault. Prior to her marriage to John, she was employed by the United Shoe Machine Corporation in Beverly. The couple married in 1963 and made their home in Salem devoting their time to the care and raising of their young family. Christine was all about family and spending as much time together as possible. She loved trips around New England, eating out with family and the occasional trip to one of the local casinos. She loved the Boston Red Sox and tried to watch every game. She enjoyed history and reading but her biggest joy in life were her children and her granddaughter. If you knew her and called her a friend, you were blessed. She and her gentle nature will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her four children, Susan M. Lausier and her husband Paul A. of Danvers, Stephanie L. Eugenio and her husband Michael of Salem, Jeffrey J. Caron and his wife Renee and daughter Sofia F. Caron of Lynn and Stacey L. Caron and her partner Saeed Mansour of North Attleboro.
Relatives and friends are invited to her calling hours at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Route 114 / 1-A] Salem on Tuesday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. Her funeral service and burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to the charity of your choice.
