Robert E. Slager, 78, of Hampstead, NH passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Lawrence, MA on November 21, 1942, a son of the late Edward and Mable (Addison) Slager. Robert served his country in the US Army Reserves for several years. Robert was employed as a maintenance mechanic, most recently for Kalwall in Manchester, NH, from which he retired. Robert was a proud member of the NRA and enjoyed tennis, hunting, and fishing. One of his greatest joys in life was being in nature and was known as an all-around outdoorsman.
Robert is survived by his loving wife, Elizabeth (Kupis) Slager of Hampstead; his two sons, Joel Slager and his spouse Jared of Chicago, IL, and Jonathan Slager and his spouse Amy of Bow, NH; his granddaughter, Jocelyn Slager of Bow; two sisters, Diane Blackington and his twin Betty Rossello. Robert was predeceased by his brother, Steven Slager.
