Owen A. McGann Jr. age 67, originally of Rutland, passed on Sunday August 22, 2021.
He was surrounded by his loving family. His parents Owen McGann Sr. and Beatrice McGann are predeceased. He leaves Gail McGann mother of their children
Daniel Friend and his wife Erica, Owen McGann III, John McGann and his partner Michelle Maksian, Chase McGann and Samuel McGann. Briana Lowell and husband Dimitri. Owen was blessed with many grandchildren Devon, Amber, Ashley, Cameron, Conner, Ryder.
Owen’s sisters Joan Ferris, Patricia McGann-Zionts and husband Bill. Kathleen and Robert Burns with whom he lived for the past several months. MaryJane McGann-Pagnoni and husband Michael, Eileen Mahowald and husband George,
Kristen McGann and partner Michael Nevalsky. Owen leaves many beloved nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends.
As of recent, Owen was enrolled in the Registered Nursing Program at QCC .
Owen’s love of cars and repairing them was a gift he inherited from his father Owen Sr.
During the 1980’s & 1990’s Owen owned and operated Premium Auto Body with his father and sons. When his sons were younger, his free time was for the love of hockey with his sons.
Owen was determined to walk his daughter Briana down the aisle and to also dance the Traditional Father/ Daughter dance on her wedding day July 24,2021. He was an ordinary man loved by many and will be dearly missed.
A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held in Honor of Owen A. McGann Jr. on September 11, 2021 Saturday @ 2 PM
