Obituary

Jason Alonzo Hagerman Sr., 46, of Anderson passed away suddenly at his home on August 20, 2021.
He was born on August 17, 1975 in Anderson to Alonzo Hagerman Jr. and Carla (Dray) Hagerman.
He was a 1994 graduate of Anderson High School. He served in the US Army for four years and with the Army Reserves for four years.
He worked as the general manager of McDonald's on Broadway for the past 12 years. He loved God, his children, his country and riding his motorcycle. He was former member of Lindberg Road Church of Christ. He was a member of AmVets 692.
He is survived by his wife, Brittany (Beauvois) Hagerman of Anderson, his mother, Carla (fiancé, Tony Davis) Hagerman of Sparta, Tennessee; his five children, Jason Alonzo Hagerman, Jr. of Anderson, Jakob Alonzo Hagerman of El Paso, TX, Justice Alonzo Hagerman, Jaclynn Rebecca Hagerman, and Josiah Alonzo Hagerman all of Anderson; his former wife, Jessica (Matthew) Shryock of Anderson; a sister, Shawna (Shaun) Herrera of Rock Island, Tennessee; two nephews, Austin and Ethan Purkey; two dogs, Kimbo and Prince; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Alonzo Hagerman Jr.; his daughter, Jordyn McKenzie Hagerman; his grandparents, Alonzo and Rebecca Hagerman Sr. and Merrill and Colleen Dray; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Brian "B" Martin officiating. Burial will be in Saunders Cemetery in Daleville where military graveside rites will be conducted.
Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm on Wednesday at the funeral home.
