Our sister in Christ, Berthe G. Lamour, went home to be with the Lord on August 12, 2021. Berthe lovingly known as “Beth” to her family and friends, fought a very brief but very brutal battle in the hospital after recently discovering she had a large pituitary tumor in her brain.
To all who knew her this 46 year old single mom had a gift of telling jokes and stories. She loved to laugh and brought joy to others. In addition she was a gifted vocalist and loved God. She sang on the worship team at her church and raised her children to know the Lord.
She is survived by her mother, Marie Andree Lamour , brother Jerry Lamour, daughter, Liana age 19 and her son, Masai who is 8 years old and countless members of extended family.
We will cherish all the wonderful memories and moments of love shared with Beth.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing on Saturday August 28, 2021, from 10-11 AM followed by a service from 11-12 PM in the Church of God located at 1000 Blue Hill Ave, Dorchester, Ma. Burial will be immediately following in Mt. Hope Cemetery located at 355 Walk Hill Street, Mattapan, Ma.
