Shelley K. Prout, 71 years old, passed away peacefully at her home on August 14th, 2021. Shelley's death is preceded by her Mother, Maxine Waters, her Father Mr. Prout and brother Joseph Anderson.
Shelley is survived by two children A. Prout and N.Prout. Shelley was loved by many friends, she retained life long friends back to elementary school. Throughout her life, Shelley was considered by many as family. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her dearly.
