SPENCER: Mary R. (Dufresne) Sadusky, 84, of North Spencer Road, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, August 18.
She leaves her loving husband of 66 years, James J. Sadusky, her sons; James E. Sadusky and his wife Susanna and Russell P. Sadusky all of Spencer, Brian F Sadusky of Putnam, CT and Gary P. Sadusky and his wife Kim of Spencer, her sisters; Margaret Deschamps of Sarasota, FL and Ann Sepavich of Millbury, her sister in law Claudette Samko of Shrewsbury, 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Ernest J, Dufresne, Jr. in 2020.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Ernest and Rita (Laverty) Dufresne. She was a clerk in the medical records dept. at UMASS Medical Center in Worcester prior to her retirement in 1998.
Mary had a heart of gold and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She loved her children, her husband and her whole family with all of her heart. She will be missed by all.
Her loving husband was her primary caregiver at home for the past two years. A special thank you from the family to the Hospice Nurses and Aides and especially to Marie Faucher and Kim Sadusky for their compassionate care of Mary.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, Aug. 21 from the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer with a Funeral Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will follow in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Cemetery, Spencer. Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.in the funeral home prior to the Mass.
