Annie Brown, 70, of Fitzgerald, Georgia, died Sunday, August 15, 2021, at PruittHealth in Fitzgerald, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, August 18, 2021, at The Paulk Funeral Home Chapel in Fitzgerald, with the Rev. Dewain Joiner officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
Mrs. Brown was born December 20, 1950, in Ocoee, Florida, to the late Tommy Carl & Winniford Beltz Sanders. She worked as a CNA for Tendercare. She loved to shop and enjoyed fishing. She was always ready to go, wherever the destination took her. She was a member of the Fitzgerald Church of God.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Dewey Brown of Fitzgerald; two daughters: Nancy Finch of Arkansas and Laura Brown of North Carolina; one son, Dewey Brown, Jr. of Florida; two grandchildren: Morgan Brown and Taylor Brown; and a brother, Tommy Sanders.
