Chuck as he was called by all who knew him had worked as a cranberry harvester for the former Deitline Bogs, Rochester. He enjoyed fishing, NASCAR and drinking his coffee. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family.

Survivors along with his "Woman" (life long companion), Jennifer A. Carrier include his loving daughter: Amanda A. Gross and her companion Brandon Siegal, Sr. of New Bedford; a devoted brother: Marty E. Gross of New Bedford; 2 loving sisters: Lyndall V. Taber of Dartmouth and Vickie L. Dickson and her husband Robert of Freetown; one adoring grandson, who will miss his "Bampa" most of all: Brandon Siegal, Jr.; along with many nieces and nephews.

A gathering to which relatives and friends are invited to honor Chuck will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Vfw 6643, 89 MIDDLEBORO ROAD, EAST FREETOWN, MA 02717 from 1-3 P.M.

Chuck was proud of his American Indian heritage and immediately following the gathering on August 29th, a traditional Wampanoag burial ceremony will be performed at 4:00 P.M. at the Chace Cemetery in East Freetown, the town he grew up in, made lifelong friends and returned to often.

In memory of the moments he loved most, while surrounded by his closest friends and family, Chuck would like everyone to know, "You're up!"
