Adeline Jolene “AJ” Carrara, age 5, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Attleboro, MA on August 4, 2016, she was a loving and precious daughter of Jeffrey K. and Tammy J. (Londergan) Carrara of Mansfield.
A lifelong resident of Mansfield, Adeline participated with the BICO Pre-School Program at the Jordan Jackson School in Mansfield.
AJ was a happy little girl who loved being held by her adoring family and enjoyed TV shows and movies. She was always most comfortable when watching hockey and football with her dad and snuggling with her mom.
Adeline showed her affection to those around her with her gentle touch and communicated through the expressions of her beautiful big blue eyes. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her and will remain in their hearts forever.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her devoted big brother and big sister Hayden G. Carrara and Averee J. Carrara, both of Mansfield. She was the cherished granddaughter of Kenneth V. and Mary Alice (Callahan) Carrara of Mansfield and Eugene J. Londergan of Dedham and the late Lillian G. (Holmes) Londergan. AJ is also survived by her treasured aunts, uncles and cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, August 12th from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 13th at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Mary’s Church, 330 Pratt Street (Route 106) Mansfield. Burial will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield.
