Anefise Exume, a longtime resident of Medford, passed away at the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston on July 16, 2021. She was 81 years old.
Born in Haiti, she was the beloved daughter of the late Dieumerci and Acefie (Telifort) Exume. Anefise was employed as a Farmer for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed going to church and loved to cook and share her delicious food with her many family and friends. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her loving children and there father Nicolas Petit-Frere, Mireille and her husband Ducarmel Legal of West Palm Beach Florida, Ismaud Dessources of West Palm Beach Florida, Zulie and Prevenir Petit-Frere of Medford, Brother Josephat Exume of New Jersey, Grand Children Vladimir Duvivier, Romario Joisil, Charlot and Kerby Exume, Great Grand Children Miasofia and Leilani, Many Nieces and Nephews.
Benes, Claude, Azou, Edna, Diane, Roberna, Hary, Edes, Yance, Evilaine, Cecile, Linda, Acefie, Magalie, Guirlaine, Daphride, Josiane. Wesner, Herbens and his families. She was also the loving mother of late Dieumerci Exume, Wilene Petit-Frere and Luc Paul.
Her Funeral Service was celebrated in the West Medford Baptist Church, 59 Boston Avenue, Medford on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at 11 AM. Many relatives and friends were in attendance. Visitation was held in the church, prior to the service, from 9 to 11 AM. Interment was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Medford. For additional information, please visit, www.magliozzifuneralhome.com.
