RYAN, Margaret M. "Peggy" of South Boston, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2021.
After graduating from St. Augustine High School, Peggy spent many years devoted to God in her beloved Congregation of Notre Dame as an educator. Later, she taught at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross for 25 years and retired in 1995.
Loving daughter of the late Mary O’Neill Ryan & the late Patrick J Ryan of Killmallock, Co. Limerick Ireland. Cherished sister of the late John (Red) O’Neill, Edmund (Buddy) O’Neill, Mike Ryan, Jim Ryan, Joe Ryan and Patsy (Ryan) Kelley. Survived by 107 loving nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews and many loving friends. Dear friend of Margaret Costa of Boston.
Funeral Mass will be held on Friday August 6th, 2021 at 10AM in St. Ann’s Church on Neponset Avenue in Dorchester. Interment services are private.
