Oxford/Worcester
Ernest A. Orsi, 83, of Oxford, formerly of Worcester passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 5, surrounded by his family in UMASS Memorial Med. Center.
He leaves his former wife, Patricia Orsi-Jacobson of Holden; six children, Leanne and her husband Richard Rossi of Oxford, Velma and her husband Francis O'Connell of Leicester, Neal Orsi of Millbury, Jon Orsi of Worcester, Glen Orsi and his wife Diane O'Regan of Auburn and Channing Orsi of Oxford; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a nephew, Arthur “Butch” P. Orsi, Jr.; a niece, Joanne Kapite and a close friend, John Perry of Leicester. A brother, Arthur P. Orsi, Sr. died in 1977 and a sister, Dorothy Belisle died in 1983. He was born in Worcester, son of Ernest and Josephine (Pagani) Orsi and was an Army Veteran of WWII.
Ernest was a tile setter in the Worcester area for many years.
