Philip Dwayne Shultz, Jr., 40, of Anderson died August 1, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, after a battle with Covid.
He was born November 19, 1980 in Anderson, the son of Philip and Margaret (Peavler) Shultz.
He was employed at International Paper in Tipton for 20 years.
He is survived by his wife, Laci (Wessel) Shultz of Anderson, whom he married December 27, 2007 in Anderson; his mother, Margaret (Peavler) Shultz; three sons, Aiden Shultz, Kian Shultz and Eelan Shultz; daughter Quinlyn Shultz; siblings, Tracie, Mike, Melissa and Amy; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and his grandparents.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Cremation will follow the service.
Visitation will be Thursday from noon until the service. Masks are required.
