Edward A. Russell, 63, passed away July 27, 2021 in the comfort of his home after a short battle with leukemia.
He leaves his wife of 40 years, Jean M. (Paine) Russell, a son, Daniel E. Russell and his wife Tricia of Charlton, a daughter Melissa M. Audet and her husband Michael of Dudley, 5 grandchildren; Olivia, Nathan, Madelyn, Isabelle and Gavin, 4 brothers; Paul, John, Kevin and Roger and sisters; Diana Coggans, and Donna Turner Edward. was also predeceased by a sister, Joanne Boyd.. He was co-owner with his brother John of Dolphin Pools and Construction for 44 years.
Edward was born in Millbury on December 16, 1957 son of Roland and Doris (James) Russell and has lived in Charlton for many years.
He enjoyed all sports but was a fan of the New England Patriots and attended many Super Bowls, he also enjoyed his second home in St. Maarten for many years. He was one of the hardest workers around , a generous man, a One of a Kind man, but mainly he enjoyed his family, wife, children and grandchildren
That’s what made him the person that Ed was, and accomplished.
Calling Hours will be Friday, July 30, 2021 from 5-8 pm at the ROBERT J.MILLER-CHARLTON FUNERAL HOME, 175 Old Worcester Rd.
A funeral Mass will be Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 10 am in St. Joseph’s Church, 10 H-Putnam Rd., Charlton, burial to follow in West Ridge Cemetery.
