SOMERSET - Cynthia J Benevides (64) passed away after a courageous battle with MS on July 19, 2021. Cindy was born in Fall River, she was the daughter of the late George Benevides of Fall River and Gladys and Glen Morris (Stepfather) of Fayetteville, NC.
She was predeceased in death by her brother Richard Benevides of Harwich, MA.
Prior to her retirement she enjoyed working in the coding department at Charlton Memorial Hospital alongside her work family.
She was the loving Mother to Christopher Simons of Somerset and Jessica Benevides-Caron (husband Jason) of, Kennebunk, ME. Cindy’s pride and joy were her three grandchildren Cayden Simons (9) of Somerset and Nicholas (13) and Abigail (11) Caron of Kennebunk, ME.
Throughout her illness Cindy always found a reason to smile or share a laugh with others. She will be remembered for her selfless nature, relentless spirit, her love for her late dog Mazie and the unconditional love she shared with her family.
