David D.Coventry, 64, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday July 14th, 2021 in Los Angeles, California. He was born in Long Beach, California as an only child. He met the Lord at a young age and enjoyed ministering to others all of his life. David graduated high school in the top 2% of the nation and was inducted into the who's who of high school graduates. Upon graduation he received a full scholarship to USC medical school. David did not complete his medical degree because he returned home to save his family's home. David then became an EMT and later finish his career for the County of Ventura in the IT, Telecom, and fire supply departments. David was an avid NASCAR fan and was classically trained in all ballroom dancing and playing the violin.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday July 24th 2021 and funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the JOSEPH P. REARDON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 757 E. Main Street in Downtown Ventura. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery-Cypress.
