Russell W. Berryman, 51, of New Bedford died Monday, July 12, 2021 unexpectedly at St. Luke's Hospital. He was the husband of Penny A. (Diefenbach) Berryman.
Born in Fall River, son of the late Russell and Muriel (Tighe) Berryman, he lived in Fall River and New Bedford for most of his life.
He was the proprietor of RW Berryman Marine Surveyors.
Russell enjoyed spending time with his family. He also had a flea market spot at the Route 177 Flea Market in Tiverton where he loved going each weekend to sell sports memorabilia.
He is survived by his wife, Penny; his daughter, Serenity Berryman; his son, Noah Nance; his brother, Michael Berryman; his aunt Linda Gonsalves; his uncle Bobby Gonsalves; his mother-in-law, Arlene Diefenbach; two sisters-in-law, Ginni Pressgrove and Debbie Diefenbach; and his nephew, Vincent Titara.
No funeral services are scheduled at this time, but Russell's family plans to have a celebration of his life at some point in the future.
