Sandra J. Sarkissian of Waltham, MA passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday July 7th2021.
Devoted daughter of the late Agnes and Robert Campbell. Wife of Hagop Sarkissian. Beloved mother to Sarkis and Robert Sarkissian. Treasured sister of Loretta Arnaudo and her husband Henry Arnaudo, Kevin Campbell and his wife Peggy Campbell. Sister in law of Jackie, Silva, Tony, Artine Sarkissian, Rita Ketenjian and her husband Humpo Ketenjian along with John Sarkissian and his wife Kathleen Sarkissian. Aunt of Chris, Michael, Jacqueline, Armen, Alec, Sam, James, Victoria, Anthony, Vincent, and Michael.
Sandra Sarkissian, born November 14, 1953 was the beloved wife of Hagop Sarkissian and amazing mother of twin boys Sarkis and Robert Sarkissian. Sandra was known for her passion and devotion to her family, and willingness to help those in need. She loved to be surrounded by her family and friends, was an excellent cook and deeply enjoyed art and photography. Sandra was always eager to start new ventures, took pride in all her doings and accomplished everything she aspired while selflessly putting everyone before herself. Although she will be deeply missed, her memory will forever live and flourish in all those who loved her.
Funeral services will be held at Saint Stephen’s Armenian Church, 38 Elton Avenue, Watertown, Ma on Monday, July 12th at 12 noon. A visitation period will be held at church from 11 – 12 noon, immediately prior to the funeral service. Burial at Mount Feake Cemetery in Waltham, 203 Prospect Street. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to Saint Stephen’s Armenian Church.
