Cohen Jacob Eli "CJ" Wagner, 5 weeks, died June 28, 2021 at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis following a brief illness after birth.
Cohen was born May 20, 2021 in Anderson. He is survived by his mother, Olivia Wagner; his two sisters, Elainie Riopel and Mattisyn Wagner; maternal grandmother, Leora (C-pa, Charles Tyson) Brown, paternal grandparents, Richard (April) Durant; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Howard Wagner.
Graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at East Maplewood Cemetery with Ned Clark of Chesterfield Christian Church officiating.
Arrangements were handled by Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Memorial contributions may be given to the family to help with funeral expenses.
