Obituary

Norman Uhry Lacerte, age 57, died at his home in Manchester on June 27, 2021, after a long illness. A man with a giant heart and generous soul, he was a graduate of West High School and an avid baseball player in his early days, playing shortstop at SW Little League, Pony League and then in the Babe Ruth World Series held in Arizona. He loved the woods, baseball, his family, and good old conversation. He worked for decades in various sales and management positions throughout southern NH. Norman’s generous smile and story time antics will be greatly missed.

Norman is survived by his parents Marcel and Claire (Uhry) Lacerte, brother Richard and wife Deborah, brother Brian and wife Suzanne, son Douglas Tetrault and wife Valerie, son Greg Lacerte and wife Valerie, daughter Becky Lacerte, and son Joshua Albert. Norman adored his six grandchildren including, Harrison, Nicholas, Charlotte, Alice, Calvin, and Amelia. He is also survived by other family and many friends.

Memorial services will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., on July 13, 2021, at 1 pm EST, followed by a bereavement meal. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made on his behalf to the Farnum Center, 140 Queen City Ave, Manchester, NH 03103.
