Mary Dona (Turner) McMillen, 83, of Anderson, passed away at her residence on June 28, 2021.
She was born, June 19, 1938, in Muncie, the daughter of Earl and Edith (Giles) Turner. She worked as a cake decorator at Payless for several years. She was a member of Park Place Methodist Church. She loved her cats, being outdoors, playing music and tending to her flowers. She also performed as Merry Pockets the clown with her brother and sister-in-law. .
Mary is survived by her children, Michele See, Cheryl (Randy) Kistler, Darla Hartley, Rhonda Reeves and Jowanna Ogan; sister-in-law, Rebecca Turner; eight grandchildren, Miranda, Jonathan, Stephanie, Charles, Zachary, Amy, Brandon and Cameron; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and granddog, Houdini.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William McMillen; her parents and her brother, Dale Turner.
Funeral service will be 4 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2021 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Pastor Ned Clark of Chesterfield Christian Church officiating.
Visitation will be 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday.
Memorial contributions may be given to Animal Protection League or Humane Society.
